BY PayPal: Complete the form below and then click the "Buy Now" button. Your customized reunion data in Word format documents will be emailed to your PayPal email account within 24-48 hours.

BY E-MAIL: Send date of reunion, class year, name of school, school colors, and school nickname or mascot to fswriter@cox.net. Upon email acknowledgement of your order, please send check or money order for $25 via regular mail to the name and address below. When check is received, data will be emailed to you immediately as two files in Word document format.
BY REGULAR MAIL: Send same school data as shown above to Dave Ross, 3300 S. 42nd, Fort Smith AR 72903. Please enclose check or money order for $25. Data will be mailed to you, print-ready, in flat envelope.
Note: You only need one order for your reunion. Permission to copy and/or reprint all data is included. Many renunion committees print data on both sides of the same page.
